We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Third Party Intervention Team.

Key skills required for this position:

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Flexible working attitude
Basic insurance motor claims liability knowledge
Some experience within a claims handling team
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Excellent attention to detail, spelling, punctuation, grammar
To be able to work individually and as part of a team using own initiative and being able to think outside the box

Our Third Party Intervention team works closely with our Front Line team, our key working hours would be Monday to Friday 0800 till 1800.
