The commercial network covers everything from 3.5 to 44 tons and all combinations in between.

Working with our approved networks our Operations Team ensures repair estimates are received in less than 48hrs and repairs completed within the timescales reflected in the approved repair authority.

The expected completion dates are agreed with repairers and monitored closely with vehicle off road time; a key performance measurement.

The Operations Team keep the client/driver informed at all times. We manage the quality of our repairs, all repair agents must comply with the highest industry standards. The Active Fleet Solutions Service Level Agreements (SLA's) control all associated costs.
